Responsibilities :Perform and oversee daily accounting tasks, including data entries, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.Ensure accurate and timely processing of AP/AR, payroll, and other transactional accounting activities.Work closely with accounting systems (e.g., Xero) to maintain proper financial records.Lead the month-end closing process, ensuring deadlines are met.Consolidate financial statements from multiple subsidiaries, resolving intercompany discrepancies.Prepare monthly management reports with variance analysis.Coordinate with external auditors for interim and year-end financial audits.Prepare audit schedules, supporting documents, and respond to auditor inquiries.Assist in drafting HKEX-compliant financial statements under HKFRS/IFRS.Ensure compliance with Hong Kong listing rules and tax regulations.Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and enhance reporting efficiency.Requirements :Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Professional Qualification: CPA (HKICPA/ACCA/AICPA or equivalent) preferred.4+ years in accounting/finance, with 2 years in audit (Big 4/mid-tier firm experience a plus).Hands-on experience with accounting software (Xero, SAP, Oracle, etc.).Exposure to consolidation for listed companies or group structures is preferred.Strong knowledge of HKFRS/IFRS and month-end closing processes.Advanced Excel skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus.Fluent in written and speaking Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
