Responsibilities:Reporting to the Chief Electrical Engineer, the appointee will mainly perform the following duties:

To assist in preparation of conceptual and detailed designs and technical specifications for the power development projects
To provide support in tender evaluation and make recommendation
To assist in performing safety and quality controls for construction, testing and commissioning works
To conduct inspection at manufacturers’ fabrication workshop (local or overseas) and monitor project progress
To liaise with internal parties and external parties including contractors, government authorities and public stakeholders on project matters

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related Disciplines
A minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience
Familiar with international quality, environmental and safety management standards; local and international regulations, procedures, standards and codes of practice Proficient in computer applications including MS Office
Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written
Holder of a valid class 1 and 2 driving license an advantage
