- Develop the On-Trade & Off-Trade segment in Hong Kong (Bars, Restaurants, Hotels, Private Member Clubs, Retail Stores etc.).
- Prepare all supporting marketing collateral, including maintaining any detailed product catalogue.
- Support the Training & Education of Trade customers.
- Create digital content for promoting various products from time to time.
- Generate ideas for Events with Trade partners.
- Support Daily operations.
- Have a strong interest in and passion for Whisky, Japanese Spirits & Cocktails
- High standard of customer service
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Language skills, including the ability to read, write and speak English is a must. In addition, ability to speak, read and write Japanese will be an advantage in effectively liaise the stakeholders of the region
- Between 1 – 5 years of experience in Bartending, Sales of Wine/Spirits / Japanese Shochu / Sake or any area related to Hospitality.
- Good Interpersonal skills and a strong team player
- Able to work in small teams / self-motivated with an entrepreneurial approach.
