  • Lead the reception team to provide effective and satisfying services to the guests.
  • Supervising daily greeting and reservations work of the team.
  • Evaluating levels of Guest satisfaction and monitoring trends, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Greets and establishes rapport with all regular guests and provides the necessary introductions to the team.
  • Develop and maintain in coordination with the reception team a guest database, ensuring all guest details and preferences are up to date, increase customer engagement and loyalty to the brand.
  • Responses to guest comments and complaints and takes necessary action to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction.
  • Contribute to major ongoing marketing projects and bring innovative ideas to the table.
  • Work closely with our PR agency and media, both local and international.
  • Monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and keep that up to date.
Requirements
  • Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good problem solving and crisis management skills. Flexibility in dealing with onsite or guest’s last-minute demands and when instilling a “Can-do” attitude.
  • Adaptable to changing needs and demands, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong team leader, able to build successful relationships with the staff, management team and the supporting teams.
  • A minimum of 2 to 3 years relevant experience.
  • Degree/Diploma holder in Hospitality Management.
  • French speaker is preferred.
  • Proficient computer skill & knowledge in POS and SevenRooms is preferred.
