  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to attract institutional clients and drive business growth in the crypto industry.
  • Identify and proactively engage with institutional investors, hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, HNWs, and other relevant entities to cultivate new business relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing institutional clients, serving as their primary point of contact and addressing their needs and inquiries.
  • Pitching various products ranging from digital asset management (BTC/ETH/major established cryptos), crypto custody solutions, fiat and cryptocurrency banking, tokenization services, digital assets financing, crypto research/analysis report; as well as cross-selling of traditional banking products such as funds, bonds, equities (i.e. structured product solutions) etc.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes in the crypto and blockchain space, and effectively communicate these insights to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as research analysts, product development teams, and traders, to deliver tailored solutions and investment opportunities to institutional clients.
  • Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on crypto investment strategies, risk management, and portfolio diversification.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for growth.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitch materials to potential institutional clients.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence and build a strong professional network.
  • Monitor and track sales performance metrics, report on progress, and provide regular updates to management.
skills & experiences required.You will have 8+ years of experience as a Relationship Manager or Crypto Sales in Crypto Exchange / Commercial / Enterprise / Business / Private Banking and will be familiar with usual KYC and AML compliance credit mandates within Corporate Banking business. With respect to business needs, you will be proficient in Mandarin, English and Cantonese.
