Junior Network Operation Engineer

• first tier support in a telecom control center including operations and maintenance support for telecom network, monitor & maintain system performance in good condition, assist in trouble shooting and handle service complaints, monitor security events from various sources including email notification, network monitoring, SIEM, and other monitoring tools, regular health check for each monitoring system, escalate security incidents as needed based on established escalation procedures;

• assist in the coordination and execution of incident response;

• user interaction and support including call/email response on incident;

• system documentation and preparation of reports including incident;

• high diploma or degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• minimum two years' experience in IT related field
• sound knowledge on network and server
• proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools
• good communication and interpersonal skill, basic programming techniques
• good in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• you are required to work on shift (based on 7x24) in a roster or shift schedule.
