- Provide administrative support to the purchasing team, handling data entry, document preparation, and routine communication with suppliers.
- Input purchase order, invoices and inventory data into systems.
- Prepare and file procurement documents (e.g., contracts, delivery notes).
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Verify invoices and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
- Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery.
- Assist in stock checks and coordinate with internal departments to fulfill material and supply needs.
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in business or related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Immediate and short-notice availability preferred.
