Support the manager to execute various strategy and operational polices
Monitor day-to-day operation on property management, leasing, and technical services
Supervise on-site staff and monitor their performance
Assist in property handover / takeover, coordinating, fitting-out, renovation works
Constantly review and monitor the provision of tenant support services
Well communicate and maintain good relationship with owner, clients, contractors and the public
Control the income and expenditure of the building accounts
Provide support to any on-site event / activities
Perform all other duties as assigned by the seniors

Requirements

Diploma or above, in Property Management or related disciplines
Possess recognized professional membership of HKIH, CIH and etc or eligible to hold the Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) Licence
Holder of Security Personnel Permit and QAS Certificate is preferred
Minimum 4 years’ working experience in management including at least 3 years’at supervisory level
Having experience in the shopping mall industry, particularly in Tsuen Wan is advantageous
Self-motivated, service-oriented, strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and under pressure
Well versed in computer applications including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Good command of spoken English and Mandarin
Shift duties with 9 working hours is required
