
Product Management Manager - Life Insurance

- Lead the rollout of new life insurance products across multiple distribution channels, including GPB & Wealth, CMB, brokers, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the full product development lifecycle, from concept and design to system integration, regulatory approval, and launch execution.
- Create engaging and customer-centric product materials and marketing content to support HSBC Life's offerings.
- Handle product updates and respond to ad-hoc change requests as needed.
- Conduct market analysis and customer research to identify emerging trends and evolving customer preferences.
- Perform post-launch reviews to assess performance and uncover opportunities for future product improvements.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of key outputs, maintaining alignment with business strategy and compliance with established marketing and product development standards.
- Degree holder in relevant discipline; any Professional Actuarial Bodies and related qualification is a bonus.
- End-to-end Insurance Product Development understanding would be advantageous
- Minimum 6-10 years relevant experience within Financial services including Insurance Sector
- Detailed minded, self driven and team player
- Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English
