Senior Operation Officer, Standard and Service Delivery

• Monitor real time operation and service performance of ramp / line maintenance franchisees
• Conduct site inspection, joint inspection and theme based inspection on ramp / line maintenance franchisees' Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Conduct Key Performance Indicator (KPI) survey to monitor daily operation and facilitate operational analysis and planning
• Conduct regular audit on franchisees’ services to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and safety standards
• Coordinate daily operation matters with contractors, ramp franchisees and related business partners on GSE Pooling Scheme
• Provide real-time administration support to government contracts and associated services
• Assist to conduct practical test for airside driving and airfield operations certificates
• Handle complaints and other ad hoc duties
• Required to work on Shift Duty

• Bachelor Degree with at least 3 years' working experience. Secondary level education with 8 years, or Higher Diploma/ Associate Degree with 6 years' working experience will also be considered.
• At least 1 year working experience in airfield operations
• Possess valid HK driving license for Class 1. Candidates with Class 2 is an advantage.
• Team player with strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
• Competent PC skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Proactive, self-motivated, responsible, able to work independently and under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge in Putonghua would be an advantage
