Business & Engineering Director - Construction Projects

• Develop business strategy to identify new projects opportunities
• Leverage business connections in Hong Kong and engage with industry stakeholders, including developers, ,government parties, to explore potential collaborations.

• Oversee all ongoing construction and A&A projects, ensuring their successful execution, and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.

• Monitor project budgets, expenses, and cash flows of the projects.
• Identify potential financial risks and implement appropriate measures to safeguard the company's financial interests.
• Collaborate with the finance team to prepare accurate financial reports.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in A&A and new build development projects in Hong Kong.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects
• Extensive network and connections in the real estate industry in Hong Kong.
• Cantonese speaking is a must.
