Overview: As an Assistant Art Director at Doughnut, you will be responsible for designing and developing creative solutions that align with marketing objectives and brand guidelines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, E-commerce, Product, and Retail teams, to ensure brand consistency across all channels. You will be responsible for managing projects from conception to production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.Responsibilities:

Develop creative design solutions that align with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
Create and design digital and print materials for advertising campaigns, product launches, events, and other promotional materials.
Lead and manae a team of 2 talented content creators, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative work environment
Manage projects from conception to production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Maintaining a consistent brand look & feel for all visual communications across multiple channels, while proactively evolving the design all the time.
Provide art direction guidance to in-house designers and vendors
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into design work.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
6+ years of related work experience in an in-house or agency setting
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Excellent typography skills
Passion for fashion and design
Must be willing to work onsite
Candidates with more experience considered for Art Director, HQ
