Assistant Training Manager (Lifestyle product)

• Work with the Training Manager to formulate and develop training plan
• Work with retail team on the training needs and develop training curriculum and cycle
• Review the performance of the retail team and give quality feedback for improvement
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in training and people development in retail industry
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
