Overseeing the production and daily operation of the Pastry section.

監控餅房的出品及日常運作。 * Prepare budget for the Pastry section, including staffing, capital equipment and repair & maintenance.為餅房編制年度預算，包括人手安排、資本設備採購和維修及保養。 * Be creative and innovative. Design new themes and recipes for the restaurant.具想像力及創意。為餐廳設計新主題及新食譜。 * Supervise and provide training to the subordinates.為下屬提供指導及培訓。 * Strictly comply with the HACCP standard. Upkeep the hygiene and sanitation of the kitchen and the staff.嚴格執行HACCP的要求。確保廚房及員工維持高衛生水平。General requirements 職位要求

Certificate holder of Food and Beverage Operations in VTC or other institutes.
