They define how we engage with our colleagues, with our customers and suppliers, our shareholders, and the communities in which we live and work.To cope with our development, we are looking for talents who share the same values as us.Here is what you need to know about this role:As a Senior Manager of Corporate Environmental Sustainability, you will be in-charge of and participating in developing programs to improve Sustainability performance aligned with Li & Fung and its customers’ sustainability strategies. You will be handling projects management, data analysis, trainings to factories and vendors, and reporting on extra-financial performance.Central coordination and maintenance of internal sustainability programs and initiatives for responsible business unit(s), ensuring tracking of sustainability goals in line with the broader sustainability strategy.Contribute to create sustainability literacy across all levels and functions and contribute to address any internal and customer requests about sustainability attributes.Collaborate with the external partners to ensure our factories are adhering to relevant legal and industry requirements as well as company’s policies.Identify and manage environmental sustainability issues, concerns and stakeholder interests relevant to the company.Coordinate with various teams and internal/external stakeholders to design environmental impact reduction strategies and lead the implementation of prioritized initiatives to achieve strategic objectives.Roll out systems to measure the progress of environmental initiatives. Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of environmental initiatives with the aim of achieving desired environmental goals and targets.Work with business leads and vendors to support the integrity of sustainable product claims by providing verification documents, standards and utilizing key certifications to ensure monitoring and best practices are in place with suppliers.Assist in setting business units’ sustainability targets, lead verification work and analyze data for corporate reporting purposes.You might be a good fit if you have …Bachelor’s Degree in environmental sciences, environmental engineering, or sustainability. An advanced degree in a related field preferred.Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in sustainability or corporate social responsibility.
