- Crafting strategies for stakeholder engagement and communication while organizing media relations activities such as press conferences, media briefings, interviews, and roundtable discussions with key opinion leaders.
- Supporting senior management in developing thought leadership strategies and coordinating events and engagement activities.
- Overseeing brand reputation by proactively identifying potential issues and opportunities, as well as managing crises effectively.
- Offering guidance and support for media relations efforts across faculties, departments, and offices.
- Keeping updated on key policies and developments in higher education and public affairs, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with media outlets in Hong Kong, mainland China, and internationally.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
- Proven expertise in public affairs, with a strong emphasis on public relations, issue management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua considered a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with various internal business functions and stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and implementing high-impact communication strategies and campaigns with actionable tactics.
- The ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Less experience would be consider as "Senior Manager".
