Coordinating all calls received in Housekeeping Department and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently meet to high standards.

協調所有房務部接收的電話, 確保所有工作高效完成並達到高標準 * Responsible for communications within Housekeeping Department and between Housekeeping and other departments, including but not limited to handling guest requests or complaints, room status, repairs, maintenance and other related matters.負責房務部內部以及與其他部門之間的溝通, 包括但不限於處理客人的要求或投訴 , 房間狀態, 維修保養及其他相關事項 * Performing clerical tasks, maintaining accurate records and documentation.執行文書工作, 保持準確的記錄和文件存檔What we need from you

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotel housekeeping team, preferably with previous working experience as Housekeeping Coordinator
