- Provide administrative support to Housekeeping Department;
- Handle all telephone calls with other departments and hotel guests; &
- Reply all messages and orders accuartely and efficiently.
- Diploma in hospitality management or related discipline;
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel industry, experience in housekeeping office will be an advantage;
- Willing to work on shifts and coordinate among teams;
- Outgoing and customer oriented personality;
- Hands on knowledge and skills in MS office; &
- Fluent command in English & Mandarin
