Directly report to Chief Financial Officer and General Manager of the Banking Group
Lead a sizeable Accounting Team for day-to-day operations of all the financial and accounting related-issues with coverage of General Ledger, Accounts Payable / Receivable and Cash Management
Fully responsible for financial reporting, regulatory reporting including SFC Returns and surveys as well as budgetary reporting for the Banking Group’s business
Prepare and deliver Financial Accounting / Annual Budgeting and performance commentary to Senior Management
Regular review the workflow of the Financial Accounting Division to improve the internal control and streamline the process
Review the bank reconciliation statement and control the staffs to take follow up action
Prepare the policy and procedure manual of the Financial Accounting Division
工作要求
University graduate with Qualified Accountant
Solid experience in Finance and Accounting Management plus Team Lead experience with Banking sector is a MUST
Experience in controlling daily operations of the Accounting Department
Good exposure in financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, statutory & financial reporting (including SFC returns and surveys), budgetary reporting and ALCO reporting, regulatory reporting and performance evaluation etc in Banks
Sound skills in preparation of the policy and procedure manual of the Accounting Department
Familiar with Accounting Risk and Regulatory with Banking & Finance sector and well communication with various Financial Authorities
Strong problem-solving skills and able to manage confrontational issues
Able to exercise judgment, work under great pressure and flexible to liaise effectively with the various
business units, supporting units and groups of people and issues
Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English including Cantonese and Putonghua
