- Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, establish realistic timelines, allocate resources, and define milestones for Web3 initiatives. Guide teams through various stages from ideation to launch.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, design, product, marketing, and community teams to align priorities and interdependencies in a fast-paced environment.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with smart contracts, blockchain integrations, and decentralized infrastructure.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparent and timely communication regarding project status, roadblocks, and deliverables.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee testing, audits, and security reviews, particularly for smart contract deployments and on-chain features.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of project specifications, progress reports, and user guides.
- Budget & Resource Tracking: Monitor budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocations to optimize operational efficiency.
- Community Engagement: Coordinate with community managers to ensure alignment between product development and the needs of token holders, users, and contributors.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally within blockchain, Web3, or crypto-related industries.
- Strong understanding of blockchain protocols (Ethereum, Solana, etc.), DeFi, NFTs, and DAOs.
- Familiarity with smart contract development cycles and open-source ecosystems.
- Knowledge of compliance, KYC/AML, and regulatory frameworks in crypto markets.
- Experience with agile methodologies, project management tools, and version control systems.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for emerging technologies.
- Ability to work independently in distributed and multicultural teams.
