Join us now and be part of this exciting adventure!What you have to doLead project management activities across the EMEA region, including strategic development of project process plans and high-level negotiations with internal stakeholders and clientsDrive project progress by implementing robust tracking mechanisms and delivering comprehensive reports to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with regional project deliverables and timelinesFacilitate regular cross-functional meetings to gather business requirements, providing strategic consultation to stakeholders and enhancing project outcomes specific to the EMEA marketCoordinate with the R&D department to control the development progress, and ensure the timely delivery of customized software and hardware developmentAssist in the integration testing, system testing, UAT and all kinds of implementation activitiesBe responsible for the financial health, budget control, and reporting of the projectProvide clear and professional documentation and communication to senior leadership and project teamsBe responsible for customer handover documents, and hand over the project after acceptance. And keep communication with customers in the maintenance phase, ensure the good customer relationshipWhat you need to haveBachelor's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Robotic Automation, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field5+ years of extensive project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully handling large-scale projects in the IT, construction, logistics and/or 3PL fields across the EMEA regionProficient in AutoCAD and WMS; familiarity with IT infrastructure is an advantageStrong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, with a focus on implementing best practices to ensure successful delivery of large-scale initiativesFluent in both spoken and written English and ChineseAccept business travel frequently across EMEA region (up to 50% of the time)What we offerYoung and energetic work cultureOpportunities for global mobilityCozy office environment with refreshmentsLocation: Location: Kowloon Commerce Centre, Kwai ChungIf your qualifications, experience, and aspirations match our requirements, please send your resume, along with your current and expected salary, to us.
