URGENT HIRE!Owing to a surge in new IPO mandates this year, this highly successful and award-winning team is urgently seeking high quality IPO lawyers from junior to senior level with the key requirements:

Hong Kong admitted solicitor
Trained and qualified in the corporate team of an international law firm or top tier domestic firm with strong academic credentials
Stable work history
Experience of drafting prospectuses, bonus points if they have experience of drafting the financial sections
Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin) a must
Any levels between 1 PQE to counsel level would be considered
Bonus if you are immediately available
Strong team work ethic, attention to detail, strong client relationship building skills
