• Assisting in the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of corporate agreements and documents.

• Collaborating with senior associates and partners on client matters.
• Preparing and filing corporate documentation with regulatory bodies.

• A recognized degree in law or equivalent qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of IPO and M&A
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in the field.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
