- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts
- Provide general legal support to business units on contract structuring and risk mitigation
- Work with other lawyers to conduct legal training for internal staff
- Support group level transactions for projects as required
- Hong Kong or Common Law qualified solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE and some in-house experience preferred
- Fluent English and Chinese skills is required
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team
