Insurance Operation Manager

• Develop the workflow and standard operating procedures for the policy operation team to ensure efficient operation in accordance with company regulations.
• Manage the policy operation team and calculating commission.
• Supervise the progress and quality of the team's work, timely discover and solve problems, and ensure the accuracy of policy data. Responsible for communicating and coordinating with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of various links such as policy entry, underwriting, after-sales service, and renewal.
• Regularly analyze policy data, provide operational analysis reports, and provide reference for company decision-making.

• 负责保单运营工作、保单台账及佣金的计算。

• 定期分析运营数据，提供运营分析报告，为公司决策提供参考。

• With more than 5 years of experience in policy operation, familiar with the operation process and norms of the insurance industry.
• Possess good communication and coordination skills and team management skills, able to effectively organize and manage teams.
• Possess good data analysis and problem-solving skills, able to discover and solve problems in a timely manner.
• Has a high sense of responsibility and professionalism, and can withstand certain work pressure.
• 5年以上保险运营经验，熟悉保险行业操作流程及规范。
• 具有良好的沟通协调能力和团队管理能力，能够有效地组织和管理团队。
