- To handle all guest inquiries and deliver up-to-standard service
- To perform and respond for accurately processing reservations with details, checking availability, and confirming the booking in the reservations system
- To provide excellent customer service following the Hotel’s standards in all emails and phone calls
- To raise and communicate with the team and other departments for any special guest arrangement and request
- To familiarize the information on the Hotel’s facilities, amenities, service, and standard
- To follow and implement the hotel’s strategies
- To perform any other ad hoc tasks, reports, and duties assigned by the supervisor
- To work on shift and be flexible about working on weekends or public holidays
- Certificate / Diploma or above education qualification in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Fresh graduates with passion are also welcome
- Relevant experience in the reservations / front office is preferable
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Opera Cloud is an advantage
