Key Responsibilities:

Manage platforms and services in a multi-cloud environment (Ali Cloud and Azure)
Ensure robust and stable IT systems to support business operations.
Implement and deliver projects in hybrid environments (cloud and onpremises) with a focus on high availability, performance, and security.
Oversee cloud computing resources, servers, databases, SAN storage, data protection, and disaster recovery.
Perform cloud/server/storage operations and system administration tasks.
Install, test, maintain, and upgrade software on both cloud and on-premises environments.
Manage and monitor housekeeping jobs, conduct regular system and hardware health checks, and perform disaster recovery drills.
Implement and manage automation tools and platforms such as Azure DevOps, Terraform, and Ansible Automation Platform.

Requirements:

Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
5 years of IT experience in cloud/server operations, system administration, and support.
Experience with multi-cloud platforms like Azure and Alibaba Cloud is a plus.
Proficiency in automation and DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, Terraform, and Ansible Automation Platform.
Administration and troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows, Linux, MS SQL DB, HP Proliant blade servers, and blade infrastructure.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
