SRE/ Cloud / System Engineer

• Platform Management in managing platforms and services in a multi-cloud environment
• Site Reliability Engineering to ensure robust and stable IT systems to support business operations
• Technical Projects and responsible for implementing and delivering the projects in hybrid environments (cloud and on-premises) with a focus on high availability, performance, and security
• Oversee cloud computing resources, servers, databases, SAN storage, data protection, and disaster recovery
• Perform cloud, server, storage operations and system administration tasks
• Install, test, maintain, and upgrade software on both cloud and on-premises environments
• Perform first-level diagnosis to identify and resolve issues, improving reliability.
• Implement and manage automation tools and platforms such as Azure DevOps, Terraform, and Ansible Automation Platform

• 5 years of IT experience in cloud and server operations, system administration, and support
• Obtain IT professional certification - Azure Administrator Associate
• Experience in Administration and troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows, Linux, MS SQL DB, HP ProLiant blade servers, and blade infrastructure
• Knowledge of Active Directory, ADFS, MS cluster, SAN Storage, Commvault Backup, MS SCCM/SCOM, HP SIM/iLO, or System Management Homepage
• Experience with multi-cloud platforms like Azure and Alibaba Cloud is a plus
• Proficiency in automation and DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, Terraform, and Ansible Automation Platform
• Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, and Python
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
