Walking with them through every milestone and achievement; empowering them to succeed.Privately owned and headquartered in Hong Kong, TEC provides first class Exclusive and Shared Workspaces, Business Concierge Services, and Meetings & Events facilities to suit any business' needs.Service Revenue department (encompassing Meetings & Events, Virtual Office, Coworking, Community, Partnerships, and Food & Beverage) is focused on driving increased revenue across product lines through innovation and centralisation of key functions to drive efficiencies and synergies, across all 37+ cities within the TEC network. There is a growing Service Revenue HQ Team (SR HQ Team) based in Hong Kong, combined with Regional Leaders and city-level BDs who provide support across all 37 cities within the TEC network, all sharing the goal of driving maximum profit for TEC.To support these objectives, we are seeking a Partnerships Associate who will play a vital role in developing and managing strategic partnerships. This position will concentrate on enhancing brand visibility and facilitating successful collaborations across diverse markets, ultimately driving revenue growth and reinforcing our position within the industry.Responsibilities:Partnership & Business Development
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships that align with TEC’s goals.
  • Participate in networking events to build and nurture relationships with current and prospective stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimise the effectiveness of partnerships.
  • Leverage partnerships to generate qualified leads, referrals and revenue.
  • Proactively identify and capitalise on opportunities to upsell TEC's products and services in collaboration with partners.
  • Continuously evaluate the ROI of partnerships and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to foster growth in the partnership vertical and support strategic decision-making.
Event Management:
  • Co-host events with strategic partners to strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with TEC internal teams to effectively coordinate and execute events.
  • Offer on-site support and ensure a positive experience during events.
Administrative Support:
  • Assist with the implementation of new initiatives, including but not limited to: communicating with local teams; coordinating with other departments; developing SOPs and presentations to ensure productrollouts are as smooth as possible.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and willingness to undertake a variety of responsibilities beyond usual duties.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development or partnerships, demonstrating strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to multitask and adapt within a dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with teams and foster rapport with stakeholders.
  • Candidates must have the legal right to work in Hong Kong.
