- Identify and establish strategic partnerships that align with TEC’s goals.
- Participate in networking events to build and nurture relationships with current and prospective stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimise the effectiveness of partnerships.
- Leverage partnerships to generate qualified leads, referrals and revenue.
- Proactively identify and capitalise on opportunities to upsell TEC's products and services in collaboration with partners.
- Continuously evaluate the ROI of partnerships and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Provide insights and recommendations to foster growth in the partnership vertical and support strategic decision-making.
- Co-host events with strategic partners to strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with TEC internal teams to effectively coordinate and execute events.
- Offer on-site support and ensure a positive experience during events.
- Assist with the implementation of new initiatives, including but not limited to: communicating with local teams; coordinating with other departments; developing SOPs and presentations to ensure productrollouts are as smooth as possible.
- Demonstrate adaptability and willingness to undertake a variety of responsibilities beyond usual duties.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1-2 years of experience in business development or partnerships, demonstrating strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to multitask and adapt within a dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with teams and foster rapport with stakeholders.
- Candidates must have the legal right to work in Hong Kong.
