Provide a full spectrum of professional secretarial and administrative support to Senior Management
Perform ad hoc and confidential duties and responsibilities
Prepare Reports, coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
Conduct research and handle specific projects

Job Requirement

Degree holder or above with major in Chinese, Journalism, Economics and related disciplines
At least 5 years relevant working experiences
Candidates with exposure in corporate banking, investment banking or a related fields preferred.
Independent, mature and pleasant
Good command in English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin
Familiar with MS Office and Chinese Word processing
