- Provide secretarial and coordination services to Directors and management
- Provide administrative and personnel support to the function.
- Handle documents and general office processing and assist in the transition into a paperless and electronic environment
- Assist in basic corporate governance works
- Assist in meeting logistics and coordination for Directors and management trainings as and when required
- Manage itinerary of meetings and events for Directors and management and support departmental events including but not limited to, lunches/dinner/events for Directors/management
- Handle administrative duties including telephone calls, emails in an accurate and prompt manner, and conference room booking for the function
- Support basic finance processing and approvals of departmental expenses
- Handle booking of overseas travels and support of visitors
- Streamline and simplify departmental administrative process to empower self-service of the team
