Accounting and Admin Manager - Retail Start-up (Up to 40k)

• Perform daily accounting operations, including AP/AR/GL, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
• Conduct month-end closing activities with precision and accuracy
• Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, identify discrepancies, and propose necessary adjustments.
• Perform general admin support including insurance renewal, office maintenance and procurement.
• Provide full spectrum of HR functions including monthly payroll, C&B, MPF, tax filing & leave management, recruitment & selection.

• Diploma or above in Accounting or related discipline
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is a big advantage.
• Fluent in Mandarin, China background is a plus
• China tax knowledge is a huge advantage.
• 5 years relevant working experience
• Proficiency in Excel and other MS software
• Strong ownership to work and be willing to learn and learn fast
