- Design and develop training programs to enhance knowledge, skills as well as the service standards of staff
- Formulate, maintain and update all training materials, including in-class training in alignment with the prevailing operational developments and corporate training directives.
- Coordinate the pre- and post-training logistics with internal or external parties to ensure smooth delivery of training initiatives.
- Engage in the conduct of Internal audit exercises, the evaluation of the effectiveness of Training and Development activities and follow-up actions
- Handle training administration work
- Involve in other ad-hoc projects as assigned by superior
- Degree holder in Business Administration, a major in Human Resources Management is an added advantage.
- At least 4 years' solid experience in the training and development field, preferably gained in sizeable retail companies
- A good team player with the ability to build and maintain cohesive working relationships with internal stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, well-organised with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
