Porla Pte Ltd is a regional distributor of the world's leading water filtration systems, specializing in the F&B/Hospitality industry and serving in Singapore, Hong Kong & Thailand. We are looking for a dynamic sales professional to join our high-performing regional team and drive growth in Hong Kong.The RoleAs a Sales Manager, you will be reporting to the Regional Sales Director and will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by establishing and nurturing relationships within the HoReCa segment. This role requires a strong understanding of the luxury hotel and high-end dining market segment in Hong Kong, and the ability to present tailor-made proposals and pitches to clients.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify and target hotels, restaurants, resorts, and other potential clients.
  • Utilize various outreach strategies to generate qualified leads within the target market.
  • Engage with decision-makers to understand their specific needs, budget constraints, and decision-making processes, to tailor sales presentations, proposals, and materials that effectively communicate the value proposition.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, becoming a trusted advisor in the industry.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients while ensuring they align with company goals and profitability.
  • Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline, CRM records, and reports on sales performance, progress, and forecasts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Ideal Profile
  • You have Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or a related field and have at least 8 years of experience in B2B sales to customers in the F&B / Hospitality sector.
  • You have a proven track record of successful sales experience in the F&B industry, preferably in selling to hotels and restaurants.
  • You possess solid knowledge of luxury hotels and high-end dining market segment in Hong Kong.
  • You are familiar with CRM platforms and their effective use in sales strategies.
  • You possess strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • You are highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • You are willing to travel as required to meet with hotel and restaurant clients or attend industry events.
