- Conduct in-depth research to identify and target hotels, restaurants, resorts, and other potential clients.
- Utilize various outreach strategies to generate qualified leads within the target market.
- Engage with decision-makers to understand their specific needs, budget constraints, and decision-making processes, to tailor sales presentations, proposals, and materials that effectively communicate the value proposition.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, becoming a trusted advisor in the industry.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients while ensuring they align with company goals and profitability.
- Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline, CRM records, and reports on sales performance, progress, and forecasts.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- You have Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or a related field and have at least 8 years of experience in B2B sales to customers in the F&B / Hospitality sector.
- You have a proven track record of successful sales experience in the F&B industry, preferably in selling to hotels and restaurants.
- You possess solid knowledge of luxury hotels and high-end dining market segment in Hong Kong.
- You are familiar with CRM platforms and their effective use in sales strategies.
- You possess strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- You are highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- You are willing to travel as required to meet with hotel and restaurant clients or attend industry events.
