(Senior) IT Administrator – Services

- Report to the Assistant Manager of IT Services;
- First level support to IT related incident and service requests from business units, including but not limited to:
- Install and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, printers, IP phones etc.
- Monitor, diagnose and resolve end-users hardware and software technical issues.
- User account maintenance.
- Testing new technology.
- Technology training and document preparation.
- Logging request into the ITSM system for tracking of issues and KPI;
- Escalate unresolved problems with appropriate problem descriptions to correct internal resources;
- Escalate situations requiring urgent attention to superior;
- Identify and inform management of recurring problems.
- Degree in Information Technology or Computing related majors;
- 1 to 3 years of IT support / helpdesk experience in over 300 end users environment. Knowledge in hospitality (hotel) system support is a plus;
- Good troubleshooting and problem solving skill, including attention to details and ability to resolve complex issues by using technology as tool, such as AI Copilot, MDM etc.;
- A self-motivator who is keen on upgrading and improving personal knowledge & skills to meet evolving job requirements;
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service oriented;
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment;
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment;
- Good command of spoken and written in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) & English are required for daily communication with end-users and vendors;
- Possess Microsoft, Network or ITIL related certifications will be added advantage;
- Willing to work outside office hours when necessary;
- Immediate available is an advantage;
- Working area: Tsuen Wan and Wan Chai.
