- Carry out a wide range of activities including property management, maintenance & leasing
- Coordinate with external vendors for quotation administration and work arrangement
- Conduct investigations to protect organization assets
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as required
- Degree holder in Property / Facilities Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in sizable organization
- Self-motivated, innovative, detail-minded and with strong analytical skills
- Good communication, co-ordination and interpersonal skills
