- provide administrative support to the operation and development of Honours Academy (HA), including promotion, recruitment, orientation, payment handling, scheduling meetings and programme administration;
- assist in organising various activities and events to advance the HA curriculum, co-curricular programmes and activities, and
- support the implementation of publicity and communication plans, including updating the HA website, managing social media platforms, and preparing content to promote the image and branding of HA.
- possess a recognised bachelor’s degree;
- have some years of working experience in office administration/student activities/event management, preferably in the higher education sector;
- have experience in designing promotional collaterals will be advantageous;
- have good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
- be familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
- have good interpersonal and communication skills; and
- be mature, self-motivated and a team player.
The appointee will be required to work for 2 - 3 days (or equivalent) a week.
