- Operations Management: Manage all aspects of the beverage service within the hotel, including bars, restaurants, banquets, and room service.
- Quality Control: Ensure high standards of beverage quality, presentation, and service, consistent with brand standards and guest expectations.
- Financial Oversight: Develop and implement business plans for the beverage department, manage budgets, control labor costs, and monitor financial reports to achieve profitability goals.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise beverage staff to ensure they are knowledgeable, efficient, and provide excellent service.
- Inventory & Cost Control: Maintain accurate inventory levels, order supplies, and implement cost-saving strategies for beverages.
- Menu Development: Create and update beverage menus, including wine pairings, to enhance the guest experience.
- Guest Satisfaction: Address guest complaints, monitor customer satisfaction, and ensure a positive and memorable experience for all guests.
- Compliance & Safety: Adhere to and enforce health, safety, sanitation, and liquor regulations, creating a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to improve revenue, reduce costs, and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- At least 3 years experience as Managerial level in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Excellent knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Holder of Hygiene manager certificate or similar food safety qualification.
