Dorsett Kai Tak features two Presidential Suites, each with its own private terrace and the Presidential Harbour View Pool Suite housing its own 10m lap pool.   • Operations Management: Manage all aspects of the beverage service within the hotel, including bars, restaurants, banquets, and room service.
  • Quality Control: Ensure high standards of beverage quality, presentation, and service, consistent with brand standards and guest expectations.
  • Financial Oversight: Develop and implement business plans for the beverage department, manage budgets, control labor costs, and monitor financial reports to achieve profitability goals.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise beverage staff to ensure they are knowledgeable, efficient, and provide excellent service.
  • Inventory & Cost Control: Maintain accurate inventory levels, order supplies, and implement cost-saving strategies for beverages.
  • Menu Development: Create and update beverage menus, including wine pairings, to enhance the guest experience.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Address guest complaints, monitor customer satisfaction, and ensure a positive and memorable experience for all guests.
  • Compliance & Safety: Adhere to and enforce health, safety, sanitation, and liquor regulations, creating a safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to improve revenue, reduce costs, and stay ahead of industry trends.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • At least 3 years experience as Managerial level in the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  • Holder of Hygiene manager certificate or similar food safety qualification.
