
Sales Head - FMCG (Food and Beverage)

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across key accounts and general trade channels.
- Identify new market opportunities and lead initiatives to expand market share.
- Champion innovative sales approaches and business models.
- Proactively seek out and lead cross-brand collaborations and product crossover opportunities in partnership with the Product Development team.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key retail and distribution partners.
- Optimise trade terms, promotional planning, and in-store execution.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear goals, monitor performance, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with Product Development, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to align on go-to-market strategies.
- Provide market insights to support product innovation and strategic planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry, with a strong background in Key Account Management and General Trade.
- Proven experience in leading and developing sales teams.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated, and creative problem-solver.
- Demonstrated success in driving cross-functional initiatives and brand partnerships.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytically skills.
