  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across key accounts and general trade channels.
  • Identify new market opportunities and lead initiatives to expand market share.
  • Champion innovative sales approaches and business models.
  • Proactively seek out and lead cross-brand collaborations and product crossover opportunities in partnership with the Product Development team.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key retail and distribution partners.
  • Optimise trade terms, promotional planning, and in-store execution.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
  • Set clear goals, monitor performance, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with Product Development, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to align on go-to-market strategies.
  • Provide market insights to support product innovation and strategic planning.
Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry, with a strong background in Key Account Management and General Trade.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing sales teams.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated, and creative problem-solver.
  • Demonstrated success in driving cross-functional initiatives and brand partnerships.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytically skills.
