- Develop and implement corporate affairs strategies to enhance brand reputation and stakeholder trust.
- Manage media relations, public statements, and corporate messaging.
- Represent the company in industry forums and regulatory discussions.
- Monitor and respond to policy developments in HK, Macau, and China.
- Lead crisis response planning and execution across all markets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams during product or reputational incidents.
- Supervise and support Centre Care Managers for HK/Macau and Cross Border.
- Ensure high-quality, compliant, and empathetic consumer service delivery.
- Build relationships with government bodies, NGOs, trade associations, and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements across CBEC and local markets.
- Foster collaboration between corporate affairs and consumer care functions.
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and career development support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in corporate affairs, public relations and consumer care, preferably in Food, nutrition, healthcare or FMCG sectors.
- Proven experience in crisis management, stakeholder engagement, and media handling.
- Strong understanding of China’s regulatory and consumer landscape.
- Experience working with cross-functional and cross-border teams.
- Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
