香港錢大媽生鮮食品連鎖有限公司是廣州市錢大媽農產品有限公司旗下連鎖品牌，專營新鮮食材市場，滿足消費者對食材產品的新鮮需求為核心，以「不賣隔夜肉」為經營理念。目前公司經營的品類有肉類、蔬菜、水果、水產、綜合(如雞蛋，粉麵)等五大類別逾500種優質食品，滿足家庭三餐食材需求。在經營管理上，顛覆了傳統農產品流通與銷售模式，店面每天19：00開始打折，每隔半個小時再打低一折，直至免費派送。錢大媽所有門店經營的所有產品均要求當天銷售完畢，決不隔夜銷售，顧客買得放心，吃得安心！健康生活，從新鮮餐桌開始錢大媽，不賣隔夜肉。Responsibilities
  • Lead business development initiatives and projects including new businesses, new formats and strategic partnerships in fresh food category
  • Prepare business proposal, implement and monitor the progress
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with corporate clients
  • To formulate and execute the overall sales and business development strategy for the growth of the company
  • Lead sales and business development activities to increase sales pipeline
Requirements
  • Diploma or above
  • Minimum 3 years of related sales experience, food & beverage industry is an advantage
  • Proactive, self-motivated, attention to details and able to work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
