Service Manager (Contract Management Team) (Telecom)

• Managing a contract management team to provide daily contract management logistics, contract life cycle management and analysis
• Support the marketing programs of Marketing Planning & Business Development department
• Consolidate target database lists from marketing programs in order to create adequate sales leads
• Oversee service business administration & operations management, such as inventory planning & control, and relevant reports
• Provide sales administrative support including prepare sales report, sales order logistics, etc.
• Identify and implement new system / workflow to improve the operation efficiency

• High Diploma or above with minimum 8 years’ service life cycle operation management or relevant experience
• Strong logical and analytical sense
• Independent, well-organized, meticulous and dynamic to cope with fast-paced environment
• Good Interpersonal and communication skills
• Good in written English
• High proficiency in MS Office operation especially in MS Excel
