  • Respond to IT requirements related to network infrastructure, cloud, and security from potential corporate and international customers.
  • Manage all stages of the sales cycle, including developing leads through cold-calling, qualifying prospects, customized proposal development, contract negotiation, and project implementation.
  • Generate and pursue sales leads to develop new sources of revenue from corporate customers to meet or exceed annual quotas.
  • Follow through with all internal post-sales processes, including submitting paperwork for all order processes and coordinating to ensure timely service activation.
  • Provide exceptional customer experience for prospects and clients to develop long-term business opportunities.
  • Engage and negotiate with customers at senior management and director levels.
  • Complete annual strategic sales action plans.
  • Forecast business as required by management to ascertain demand for products and services.
  • Provide competitive market feedback on a regular basis to ensure products remain competitive.
  • Assess clients' existing and future requirements.
  • Lead virtual teams with different functions to drive solutions and value propositions.
  • Deal with approved vendors to work out winning offers.
  • Deliver formal customer presentations.
  • Write and present customer proposals.
Job Requirements
  • Possess a Degree.
  • Have at least three years of service delivery experience in a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) or cybersecurity product company.
  • Experience in a multinational corporation (MNC) environment is an advantage.
  • Certification in CISSP, CEH, CISA, or CISM is an advantage.
  • Understand cybersecurity operations and architecture in an enterprise environment.
  • Have exposure to security technologies such as firewalls, IPS, Proxy, SIEM, SOAR, and EDR.
  • Understand technical concepts and be able to communicate them to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Be an active listener, understand customer needs, and offer creative solutions to resolve customer challenges.
  • Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be highly motivated and a proactive problem solver who can deconstruct complex problems.
