Lead and contribute to strategic projects, including partnerships, investments, and other inorganic initiatives for the Group.
Conduct market research, monitor competitor intelligence, and deliver in-depth analysis to support senior management's decision-making.

Performance Oversight:

Supervise and monitor KPIs for internal functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Identify and evaluate strategic opportunities, conducting both financial and non-financial assessments for relevance and impact.
Prepare and present deliverables like financial models, strategic reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Business Planning Coordination:

Drive annual business planning processes, ensuring alignment across all functions.
Serve as the liaison between local business units and group offices, fostering productive communication and cooperation.

Your ProfileEducational Background:

Bachelor's degree in finance, Actuarial Science, Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

Experience:

At least 7 years in wealth management or insurance companiesand roles focused on strategy, consulting, or business development will be preferable
Big 4 Advisory with financial services or insurance client are welcome

Analytical Expertise:

Strategic mindset with exceptional analytical and financial modelling skills.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written presentation skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
Ambitious and self-motivated, a strong team player with the ability to foster collaborative environments.
