The company operates across multiple regions, offering a stable and structured environment with a focus on growth and innovation.Description Strategic Finance & Planning

Financial planning processes including long-range planning, annual operating plans, and intra-quarter forecasts.
Develop strategic business plans based on financial forecasts and market analysis.
Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.

Risk Management

Identify, assess, and monitor financial risks including market, credit, operational, and compliance risks.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and internal controls.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with business units to align financial goals with operational strategies.
Provide financial mentorship and support to teams including Sales, Operations, and Corporate Planning.
Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.

Profile

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
CPAor CFA certification is a strong advantage.
Minimum 5-10 years of experience. BIG4 audit experiences are preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strategic mindset with attention to detail.
