Job DutiesTo lead the project team to deliver service excellenceTo coordinate project managers to make sure works is being done properly and in progressTo manage the resourcesTo monitor government and / or commercial projects for the new and alteration of Building Services Installation Works from inception to completion stageTo attend monthly project progress meetingTo make and recommend the decision of procurement of equipment and sub-letting of installation worksTo create budget and monitor finances to ensure to meet budgetTo supervise the execution of projects smoothly; andTo liaise and co-ordinate with clients, consultants, end-users, general public and all other professions in a professional manner to ensure that the results of projects will lead to successful completionJob RequirementsDegree or above in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical EngineeringChartered or Licensed Professional Engineer status is highly desirableMinimum 10 years working experience in the field of ACMV Installation / Electrical Installation / Building Services InstallationStrong in leadership and management skills to lead the team to meet projects targetsProficient in both spoken and written English and ChineseKnowledge of AutoCAD and computer literates is mustWe offer attractive remuneration package to the successful candidate.
