
Senior Project Manager (Tech Design & Product Integrity, 1-year Contract)

- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
- Manage execution of initiatives ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors.
- Prepare project communication materials and distribute accordingly.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including managing changes to the project scope/schedule, and impact analysis.
- Measure project performance, including proactive risk management and mitigation options.
- Upskill PI & TD team members on best-in-class project management, documentation and communication techniques.
- Build collaborative relationships and leverage experience through cross functional stakeholders Global Quality, GIS Product Development, Raw Material Team, Vendors and Mills.
- Foster open communication and team environment within TD and PI teams and with all business partners.
- Elicit subject matter expertise to inform project planning and decision making.
- Work with cross-functional teams within Global Sourcing to implement the aligned strategies and objectives.
- Business Acumen- Good understanding of Product Development and Production Creation processes, Industry knowledge of apparel supply chain management within international brand and retail environment,
- Problem Solver- can proactively solve problems and effectively manage multiple challenges across initiatives through use of innovative problem solving and critical thinking.
- Collaboration- Proven ability to influence and make decisions cross-functionally in a matrix environment where speed and cultural sensitivity is crucial.
- Skills & Experience-
- MPM, MS Project Management (MSPM), or MBA
- Project and/or program management experience: Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
- Certified ScrumMaster, Six Sigma, Kanban, Agile Project Management or Lean Project Management a plus
- 3+ years of experience working as a Project Manager, with prior experience in apparel sourcing or supply chain (quality/product development) is a plus
- Advanced Project Manager software skills, including Gantt Charts, SmartSheet, PowerBI, Microsoft Project
- Advance Computer software skills, including PowerBI, PLM
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience communicating with senior management teams
- Results-oriented; can work independently to meet deadlines
- Ability to develop effective working relationships internally and externally
- Experience in bringing innovative ideas to reality
- Able to connect the dots across various initiatives
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills;
