Project Manager

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage strategic technology projects across both application development and infrastructure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal developers, technical experts, stakeholders, and external vendors to develop comprehensive project plans and timelines.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration across various teams, including application development, infrastructure, and cybersecurity, to drive project success.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies while providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet established quality standards and align with security and scalability requirements.

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years+ of experience in IT project management, with a strong emphasis on application development, preferably in Java.
• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of application development processes, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity principles etc.
• Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage end-to-end IT projects, utilizing methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering secure and scalable technology solutions.
