Responsibilities:

Supervise a small team of staff to handle staff training and development and talent management;
Formulate and implement employee training and development policy, talent audit and programmes;
Conduct training needs analysis and provide tailor-made training to different level of staff;
Manage and plan employee acquisition and engagement functions, including limited to manpower planning, recruitment, job fair organization, etc.

Requirements:
