Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a small team of staff to provide HR services and maintain smooth daily HR operation;
  • Formulate and implement HR policies and guidelines;
  • Conduct research and data analysis, management reports and project management;
  • Keep abreast of the updates in employment and related ordinances and statutory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Business Administration related discipline;
  • Minimum 3 years of solid experience in HR management;
  • Sound knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and employment related regulations;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • A good team player with good interpersonal and supervisory skills;
  • Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and able to complete tasks with tight deadlines.
