Responsibilities:

Supervise a small team of staff to provide HR services and maintain smooth daily HR operation;
Formulate and implement HR policies and guidelines;
Conduct research and data analysis, management reports and project management;
Keep abreast of the updates in employment and related ordinances and statutory requirements.

Requirements:

Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Business Administration related discipline;
Minimum 3 years of solid experience in HR management;
Sound knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and employment related regulations;
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
A good team player with good interpersonal and supervisory skills;
Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and able to complete tasks with tight deadlines.
